Tự động đồng bộ thời gian trên Kali Linux

Với một số máy tính của các bạn bị "hết pin" thì khi khởi động chắc chắn thời gian trên máy sẽ chạy sai, phải tốn công cài đặt lại thời gian thủ công. Thay vì thế, ta hãy sự dụng một service tự động đồng bộ và cập nhật thời gian cho mỗi lần như thế.

Đầu tiên là lệnh cài đặt

# apt-get install ntp

Sau đó sử dụng một trình soạn thảo bất kỳ để cấu hình file /etc/ntp.conf, ở đây mình dụng vi:

# vi /etc/ntp.conf

Tìm đoạn tuơng tự như sau:

#server ntp.your-provider.example

Thêm đoạn sau vào bên dưới:

server 0.ubuntu.pool.ntp.org
server 1.ubuntu.pool.ntp.org
server 2.ubuntu.pool.ntp.org
server 3.ubuntu.pool.ntp.org

Và đây là file hoàn chỉnh của mình:

# /etc/ntp.conf, configuration for ntpd; see ntp.conf(5) for help

driftfile /var/lib/ntp/ntp.drift

Cuối cùng là khởi động lại service:

# service ntp restart
